Shipping and Returns Policy

Our Privacy Policy:

We do not exchange or sell customer e-mail addresses or phone numbers to any outside companies. However, we may send you an email ourselves to provide information about products and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want to be contacted, let us know.

Our Shipping Policy:

Books are shipped from a fulfillment center in the Midwest.  Some titles are now being print "on demand" to cut back on inventory storage.  Typically, orders will ship within five business days. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Customers will be notified regarding expected ship date on back-ordered items. 
OEM Health Information cannot be held accountable for shipments delayed due to weather or shipper's equipment issues which are beyond our control.

Our Return Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the book(s) to us along with a copy of your packing list. Books must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be in acceptable condition for resale. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
