We do not exchange or sell customer e-mail addresses or phone numbers to any outside companies. However, we may send you an email ourselves to provide information about products and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want to be contacted, let us know.

Our Shipping Policy:

Orders for in-stock items received before 2pm east coast time Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Customers will be notified regarding expected ship date on back-ordered items. You will not be charged additional shipping for back-ordered item(s). Credit cards are not charged until the books are available to be shipped.
OEM Health Information cannot be held accountable for shipments delayed due to weather or the shipper's equipment issues which are beyond our control.

Quotes for international shipments are available through cathy@oempress.com  Please specify the destination country, book titles and quantities of each.

Our Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the book(s) to us along with a copy of your packing list. Books must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be in clean, resaleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
